Exchange Policy

• Period: Exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days after receipt.

• Accepted reasons: Wrong size, incorrect color, or manufacturing defect.

• Shipping costs: If the mistake is ours, we cover the cost of reshipping; if the wrong size was chosen by the customer, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Example: If we send a size M dress but you ordered a size S, Thivae will cover the reshipping cost.
